Making an inkjet cartridge purchase.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalogue, click on those items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have completed your shopping, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that are needed to enable us to fulfill the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards.
Shipping and Handling.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over £20.00 including VAT. Shipping for orders less than £20 are calculated on Royal Mail standard postal charges. No charges are made for packing and handling. Sorry we only ship to the UK at present.
Delivery schedule.
We guarantee to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt during working days Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Back orders.
If your item is not in stock the item will automatically be placed on back order and you will be e-mailed with an option to cancel if you would rather not wait.
Tax charges.
All our prices include VAT at UK rates.
Credit card security.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption by Protx. They are not held at all on our web site.
Guarantee.
All of our products come with a 10 day no quibble guarantee. That is to say that if you are not completely satisfied with any Inkdrop product we will refund what you paid, including postage, as long as you return them to us within 10 days. This is the limit on our liability to you. |
